Poorr Service and No Taste – My very first review. Second visit. Both visits were disappointing. Visited July 15 at 6:30 PM for a pickup. Observed that staff lied to at least 6 customers including me. Stated that sandwich " was being cut and will be out in 2 minutes" when in fact most delays were 15-20 minutes. Flavor of food: If on a scale of 1-10 with Brianna's being a 10 for Italian in Eagan, Davanni's is a 1-2. Sent email to corporate for a response and will update.

Very Poor Service – Run by kids that don't really seem to pay much attention to your order. I've been there twice in the past month and very disappointed with the service. It wa slow and they missed a custom item that was added to the order.
