Installers did not take out packing materials - which are flammable - as per instructions in the manual. We took out all the ties and cardboard that were wedged at the back of the oven, but this white fluffy material? It's wedged right under the burner and gas lines. This would require taking the oven apart to get all that fluff out cleanly. Instructions explicitly say installers need to take out ALL packing materials.
