Brand new townhome (closed just 2 months ago and moved in 4-5 weeks ago). Unbelievable how many problems there are. From broken oven and refrigerator to poor quality finishing (unfinished corners, chips and kicks in brand new kitchen cabinets, unfinished base boards) to shoddy construction (now creaking floorboards and leaking doorways). Most issues reported before we moved in with NO RESPONSE from developer, no follow up, nothing.
