During this recent Jan 2025 freeze, I had an issue with a gushing pipe and had to turn off the water to the house. I called Dautriel's on Tuesday morning, got the answering service, left a message with the issue. Wednesday afternoon, I called again because I hadn't heard from anyone and needed to know they got the message. Answering service woman was excellent and tried to help, let me know that she was contacting the company to make sure they got the message.
