Very disappointed. I had not been told that they were no longer participating in my medical plan even though this stopped a year ago and I have been there since. Received a gift card as an inducement to come in and found that the cost of a new set of aids would be 4,000-6,000 after the "gift card". P.S. Despite statement that they would contact me, that has not happened.
Had a broken wire to hearing aid. It became dislodged. They attached a new wire assembly within minutes. Answered all my questions and scheduled a future review of my unit. Fast and friendly. Past visits also received kindness with efficiency. Highly recommend. CJ
All personnel were friendly courteous and knowledgeable. They did not try to force me to purchase their product. They even gave me tips on how to obtain a less expensive product. I highly recommend them for your hearing needs.
