Of course I had a great experience because the staff are positive caring people who work hard to make sure their clients get the care they need. Hope I never have to go anywhere else
Appointment was on time. Took time to fully educate me on the various hearing aid options. They sent my new hearing aid overnight delivery as I am going to be with a group of people all of next week; therefore, it will be a great opportunity to test the hearing aids as I live alone. Great service!!
I have worn hearing aids intermittently for the past 15 years. I received my first pair through Starkey Hearing Foundation's "Hear Now Program" This is the first time since that fitting that I actually feel like I was "fitted". The Hearing assessment was very thorough and Caroline and her staff made sure I understood what they were doing each step of the way.
