Chara is an extremely anxious Boston and her first visit with Dr Cook for a very uncomfortable procedure went really well. As for Chara's nail trim, there is no one better qualified than Hannah. I have experienced numerous nail trimmings by veterinary technicians, and Hannah is the most skilled tech I have ever witnessed. Thank you Dr Cook, Hannah and staff.
Got my dog spayed yesterday and she is extremely scared of every person outside my household .I was anxious about how it would go with how scared she is of people (won’t even let my dad feed her steak)but they made it an incredible easy visit. The extra accommodations they made to keep her calm from start to finish were fantastic. Happy to have such kind people treating my animals.
