Closed for my buyer and somehow lost payoff , and never shared date or proof of wire transfer # to Loan Depot ( my lender) with me , probably didn't pay off the same day as closing. Still wasn't resolved a MONTH LATER. When I called for help or info to resolve he's 'at a closing' and can't talk. I had no wire transfer info from him to fix issue myself , yet his rude paralegal suggested I call and fix it myself . He should fix the one he screwed up a month ago before doing more closings.
