This bureaucracy should be shut down. They stole my house valued at $150k for 8k of taxes owed, sold it for 80k, then made me wait 3 years to receive any money. Holly Martz, the Deputy Director, is a liar with a lazy work ethic and a piss poor excuse for a manager. Hope you never find yourself involved in a similar situation, you're at their mercy as law wrote in 1940's protects their illegal ways.

Once I found the parking garage, I only had about 3 blocks to walk. Went right in, thru security scan and to counter. Was in and out in about 10 minutes.
