Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? In November 2010 and again in September 2011, I contacted this office for help and got none. The first time was a Saturday morning and we had an emergency with my cat. We drove to the office and there wasn't anyone at the building. We called the number only to be told they don't have office hours that day and that nobody was available to help us.
