Amazingly easy going family run establishment. Not as up to date or fancy as some other hotels but more than worth it. Two minute walk to the beach (with a two year old and a five year old) and 1 block from all the restaurants and stores on the main street. Kitchenette and balcony nice large windows with screens or air conditioning make it quite comfortable even if it looks a little run down.
Great location in the heart of Montauk, easy to walk to everything.
