If we could give a negative rating we would! This was the most frustrating real estate transaction I have ever been involved with. Throughout the transaction there were repeated delays, missed deadlines, and numerous unresolved seller obligations, including repairs, fire inspection issues, documentation, warranties, and other agreed-upon conditions.
