If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They lie about everything, they are huge scammers and my advice is don’t use this company at all. They will tell you that the space is bigger than it really is, just so they can make extra in their commissions and also to help the landlords. Found out a space they advertised is 200 aft smaller than what they claimed, and these spaces are rented by the sqft. I was making a donation to Goodwill in Ventura which is in a shopping center "managed" by Daum. The potholes are the worst I've ever seen. I almost need a 4 wheel drive vehicle just to make a donation.
