Horrible! Unfriendly! Rude!
My experience with this firm has always been a positive one. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and responsive.
They need to be more human. i know the firm have to make they profit, but it is ridiculous how they attack the home owner.
The reason for granting 5 stars is solely for the professionalism and politeness of an employee, Sharon Wray. The few times that I have had to contact this law firm, she has awarded me the kindness and respect of providing exceptional assistance, whether it's returning my call or providing clarification of some sort.
