I love my PCP, Krystal Howard. She is very easy to talk to and the visits with her always go well. However, there are problems with staffing. There are not enough staff to handle the phones and the patients. They need more people who are fluent in Spanish, and at times, Arabic. I always have to make appointments in person. When I get lucky enough to have someone answer my call they usually either put me on hold until the system hangs up on me, or I have to leave a message, to call me back. My calls are never returned.
