**Avoid at All Costs.** This company was scheduled through our insurance for uncloging my kitchen drain, and it was a terrible experience. They came up with random excuses to deny the insurance claim while they didn't even check what wrong with my drain and quoted $500 just to unclog a drain. I ended up doing it myself in 5 minutes with basic tools. They charged $75 for doing absolutely nothing. Avoid them like the plague. They did warranty work on my kitchen faucet and 2 months later I'm back where I was...loose faucet and water under the counter. After how good their techs were I figured it would be no problem to come and fix it and was told that since it was longer than 30 days they didn't have to and wouldn't. Also said that after 30 days it can come loose. The one they replaced was there 9 years and had become worn, but still tight. Pathetic customer service
Great people! The kind lady's in the office to the kind,knowledgeable technician. They worked with me to expedite my repair and I couldn't begin to thank them enough!!!! Highly recommend them if you want a pro....
They did a good job digging a trench and placing a new waterline,however the condition they left my property is pathetic. I have a molehill of 20 inches high and 800 feet long(has to settle in they said) and left my yard with big rocks and stones, spreaded all over the property Will have to call another business to clean this mess up, they don’t respond on my phone calls Waist of money!!0 .w
