Dr got sick and canceled my appointment 2 days in a row. When secretary called me, I asked if they could do anything because my medication would run out before they could see me again. I was very calm and polite. She screamed at me and when I requested to speak to a supervisor they put me on hold for 22 mins and then disconnected the call. I got a letter later that week I was fired.
