First off I would like to say that Dr. Joe is an excellent physician. Easy to talk to, good bedside manner, etc.. I have seen him for over 12 years and genuinely think the world of him. His office staff on the other hand are rude and uncaring. If only you could see him and bypass his nurse and office staff. Although it is a hassle to deal with his staff, I am usually seen promptly and the wait time is generally under 10 minutes. Good doctor with a lousy staff.
All I can say is NO! Don't go there! ....dirty outdated facilities, doctor seems outdated, doesn't seem to follow with latest guidelines regarding certain things like diabetic care etc. The nurses are inept and seem to be 'Put out" if you ask them to do anything regarding refills, appointments etc. I took my mom there a few times, definitely felt the need to get a better doctor and facility. I'm glad I did. She now gets MUCH better care.
It is inappropriate for NON-PATIENTS to rate services that he did NOT RECEIVE
I went to this doctors office today in my wheelchair, it was totally out of ADA compliance! The parking was not correct, then the ramps to get into the building were too steep. Once I got inside I found that half of the doorways were too narrow, they are all suppose to be 36" wide but some of them were about 30" or less (I did not bring a tape measure but my 32" wide wheelchair was not even close to fitting).
