Was paying off a medical debt monthly, when all of a sudden no calls we're being returned no mail from them, NOTHING. FOUND out that they closed and no information passed on to clients. Imagine my surprise when I call the Dr office and get informed that Im in violation of my agreement. Noooooooo I wasn't notified and no mail, I guess you have to have esp with these people. Calling the State Board for Attorneys and filing a complaint, now I have to deal with another agency regarding that bill and start from scratch!!
My experience with this firm has been wonderful. They have consistently responded to the needs of the company I represent in a prompt and professional manner. It is reassuring to know that I have expertise I can rely on to make those difficult decisions that are all part of doing business.
