Your receptionist is the front of the company. They should always have the upmost curtesy and respect for customers that call. I was told to call jay for some help by a friend who delivers to this location, so I called and they young girls who answered the phone was extremely sarcastic and wouldn’t allow me to get through. Great People to work with!
The four stars is because the staff here is very pleasant and quick. However the dock facing 127th St. is a gigantic pain in the butt. It’s an old facility, which is why I think the docking is meant for shorter trailers.? I don’t know I just know I don’t like it
