I had my first facial today with Lily. She explained her process and talked through assessing my skins needs. I don't put the most time into my skin care at this point and Lily didn't judge my lack of routine, push me to purchase any products, or push me to schedule more appointments before I left. She made reasonable recommendations for my skin and how to take care of it with the small amount of self care time I currently have.
