Terrible support, been using since before they bought openmesh. Some of our access points on lifetime licenses have been bricked by them. Seems they are doing shady practices in the background to get rid of old supported devices.
Just a top notch company with rock solid products and solutions. They may not be the cheapest, but they are certainly THE best for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, as well as cloud sync and file sharing. Also, for MSPs, their RMM platform is one of the best, hands down better than Ninja RMM, Atera, SolarWinds, Kaseya and others. It is also one of the most economical.
