DATS was hired to transport my pallets. When arriving to Phoenix they transferred to a 3rd party to deliver because they were too busy. Needless to say 1 week after transferring to the 3rd party shipper my pallets are still on a truck waiting to be off loaded.
Hope it gets better... new system is atrocious
They Destroy or loose the product they are delivering for you then they will not make good on it. They have no honor. I would upload more photos but there aren't any because my product is missing!
Worst company I deal with, they wreck just about everything that they deliver. They split up pallets, they loose product. It's a weekly problem with these people. They must have ten year olds working in the warehouse.
