Not trust worthy – be careful when ordering and get everything in writing. I had been orfering Dever date books for years with the verbal agreement that I could return any unsold items by March of each month. This worked well for 3 years now they have a "new" office manager and will not honor agreement. The "owner" actually had the nerve to imply that I was lying. They have always just credited our next order, I have all the invoices that says otherwise.
