This was gifted to my husband and I with a subscription. Mind you it was ordered in June 2025 but was not delivered until October 2025. Ordered a box from this company and was promised 3-5 day shipping but it’s now been almost a month and I’ve received nothing, not even a notification that the box has shipped. Emailed their support multiple times with no response. Had to dispute this with my credit card company to get a refund.
Charged by card and never received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. After weeks and emailing their support 3x with no response I had to cancel the order with my credit card company to receive a refund.

Do not buy from this company. They over charge and make it seem like you are getting a wonderful product and under deliver and send you junk worth 5 dollars.
