We had such a great experience at Date Family Dentistry today! My two kids and I all had exams, and the entire office was so welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in. The two women at the front made us feel completely comfortable, and Dr. A was incredibly kind, thorough, and patient with all three of us. So I was there this Wednesday 3/25/2026 and I now have new insurance. I was charged $210.00 and when I called my Delta Dental to find out why I was told all my bill that was submitted was covered under my insurance. I have been going there for years. Never questioned weather I was being cheated on what I was paying. Things have changed at this Date Dental Office. The dentist that saw me was not even the one I remember. He was trying the get me to do two crowns that did not need to be done. Beware! New management or something... read more
They never seem to answer their phones. I was even calling to try and pay them some past bill.
Closed at 4pm instead of 5, even though I had an appointment at 4. No reschedule no notice on door. Not answering phones.
Worst Dental office I went to. Nobody answers when you call, dental plan quotation was not provided but promised and get you to pay for "office visit" when you're there.
