We recently had a new badging system installed across our two buildings, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Matthew in sales made the entire process smooth and easy — he was great to work with and always responsive. Melissa, who handled everything on-site, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly and took the time to walk us through the details. We couldn’t be happier with the service and support we received. Highly recommend!

Jocelyn saved my Saturday. I am a tenant of a secure building, and ran downstairs to hand something to someone on the street. I turned around and realized my fob was upstairs, along with my phone, bag, keys, and my dignity. A colleague in the building was able to contact Datawatch, and Jocelyn was able to verify me and get me back to my floor. I hope she is recognized for her value in the company, because she calmly talked me through my panic, and stayed with me until I was on my floor. It sounds silly but it meant a lot.
