From the start, Kia M., Candie A., & Michael D. have ensured a seamless process, providing excellent coordination and support. The onsite team installing the new readers worked swiftly and without any disruption to the building’s operations. Additionally, they maintained consistent communication with tenants, ensuring all requests were addressed promptly and professionally.

Their accounting department is incompetent and their payment options antiquated. None of their platforms ever work and you will end up needing to call, the staff is not thorough or careful, often taking down information incorrectly, and nothing is ever easy when dealing with this company. Avoid at all costs.
