My wife bought a pair of Sony 1000XM5 headphones (new) from Amazon. The package that arrived was Sony 1000XM5, but inside was an off brand carrying case and pair of UGreen headphones. Apparently UGreen is a cheap Walmart pair. Completely flabbergasted that they tried to pull the wool over on our eyes with this. Someone clearly tampered. Now, they are refusing the return as it is a different item than she paid for (despite the wrong item coming to her in the first place!) Abominable customer service. What a racket.
