Purchased an HP smart Tank Printer through Amazon.com and it was supplied by DataVision. After following the installation instructions the printer did not work. Contacted HP Support and they could not fix .An error message popped up saying “Replace the printer heads.” I wasn’t about to pay for the repair of a brand new printer so after receiving Amazon’s return approval I packed it in the original packaging and returned it to DataVision. Never take your laptop here. Nasir told me he would get back to me today. More than a week later, I realized what a poor decision I made by taking my laptop top there. I went back to check on my laptop top, At first, Nasir said, “We haven’t gotten to it yet.” Then, when I asked for it back, all of a sudden, he said, “It’s in pieces and being worked on.” After 3 weeks, he finally gave me a diagnosis. Run away. Look somewhere else. It’s inexpensive for a reason. Do not buy from here. I wish there was a rating to request banishment or some other medieval type of punishment for a company. Three items showed up and none of them matched each other…. Maybe two of them matched, but one of them was damaged and it was impossible to pair them together. Very poor experience, discounted product that shipped very late then was dysfunctional. Returns policy was apparently all on me to pay return packaging despite the delays and issues. Will just pay the MSRP next time!!
