Very poor experience, discounted product that shipped very late then was dysfunctional. Returns policy was apparently all on me to pay return packaging despite the delays and issues. Will just pay the MSRP next time!!
Store was closed at 2:00 on a Wednesday during business hours
Sold me AirPods claiming they were new. When I opened the box it was old AirPods that were dirty filled with earwax. When I connected them to my phone they said “Ernest’s AirPods” and I’m not Ernest. Do not trust this company.
