Stay away. Ordered an "in stock" item on 2026-06-25. Order was confirmed. Received shipping notification on 2026-06-25. Tracking number showed no movement for days. On 2026-07-01, the order was abruptly canceled without explanation. I reached out to ask why it was canceled. I was told: "Due to an issue with the shipment, unfortunately your order has been cancelled, and a full refund has been issued." I’m satisfied with both the product and the delivery. Everything arrived as expected.
Update to my previous review: I ordered a Samsung frame bezel that had some weird damage. Initially had a hard time connecting with someone, but after posting about my struggles here, I ended up reaching someone and they are very helpful. Fingers crossed that we can fix the issue. Very much appreciate the response.
I ordered a bezel (frame) for my Samsung here and it arrived damaged. I understand things happen, but I’ve reached out several times over the past month and haven’t heard back. Disappointing customer service. Would have been easily resolved with a partial refund or even a response.
Data Vision should be approached with caution. The advertised shipping times are misleading. In my case, only a FedEx label was created (confirmed by FedEx), but the item was never actually shipped. A “guaranteed 2-day delivery” has now turned into more than 6 weeks with no delivery. Multiple emails have gone unanswered, with no communication or updates. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this company.
