If I could give it zero star review to this place I would big time. Only worked there for less than 2 weeks and they fired me. Their training is a joke they only train you for like 30 minutes and they already want you to work as fast as someone who’s been there for years. As someone who never worked using a microscope, it’s really difficult and eye straining. I had to see an eye doctor specialist. Worse place to work very micro managed wages are terrible no competitive pay or company paid health benefits lazy employees get recognition for doing absolutely nothing avoid this place at all costs this used to be a good company about 9 years ago when Mark was president but since a new GM came along this place has gone downhill! Massive layoffs, constant strict rules, and getting accused of doing nothing just because at the moment the GM walks in he sees you sitting down just before you start processing paperwork.
