OMG, the phone menu is useless unless you have a very specific extension # ahead of time. I called twice and was on hold for 22 minutes the first time and gave up and 35 minutes the second and finally gave up. I didn't dare leave a message. !! Don't waste your time with this company. !!
Have been trying to contact for up to two weeks for a simple price estimate. Have received no help and have been left on hold for greater than 15 mins each time I call. Will go with Cognex isntead.
