Requested assistance in obtaining a new router/setup and WiFi access to get home business back up and running... Appointment was easily set up, sent communication regarding visit and tech arrived right on time. Tech was knowledgeable/respectful and got everything back up and running in about 1 hour. Tech made sure all componants such as laptop/desktop/wireless printer, etc were working before he left.
