Requested assistance in obtaining a new router/setup and WiFi access to get home business back up and running... Appointment was easily set up, sent communication regarding visit and tech arrived right on time. Tech was knowledgeable/respectful and got everything back up and running in about 1 hour. Tech made sure all componants such as laptop/desktop/wireless printer, etc were working before he left. This is an amazing computer repair business right here in Henderson, NC. I didn't even know they were in town. Excellent work switching out my hard drive, restoring Windows 10, and putting my files right where they belong. Saved all my data and they were quick too. My Envy Phoenix didn't even work this fast when I originally purchased it. I will use this company again. Very trusted.

My PC blue-screened with an operating system failure. The folks at Dataforge resolved the issue without any data or application loss. I am a retired IT Manager who had oversight of an applications support group and PCI Compliance for the City of Raleigh so a I know quite a bit about IT service delivery. I am very pleased with this team's service which was very professional and timely. I will definitely call on them again should I be unfortunate enough to have such serious problems again.
