We were in a jam and needed several items printed quickly for an important business presentation. I called multiple times with questions, and every interaction was fantastic. Nice printed image. Some alignment issues on the first batch of cards I ordered. But I appreciate the offer to do a reprint after writing a review about it. I am waiting on the reprint to be confirmed but for now tentatively 5 stars. I love visiting the place and their ink is really vibrant on my cards and they have a nice paper selection.
Not sure what's happening with this place... I've placed maybe four or five orders here. They did a great job on the first one, about two years ago. Pricey but good. For the next one, I ordered an art reproduction and specifically wrote that I didn't want it printed on a laserjet printer. I ended up with a laserjet printer print (which they did replace a few days later with a giclee print). I’ve been using Data Flow for a long time and they’ve been great! But today i was informed that they have been printing my art for their own personal use without my permission. I make my art and sell my art, and to hear that the staff across multiple branches has been printing my art without my permission and especially without offering payment to me is really disappointing.
The folks at Dataflow rock! Super affordable pricing and super helpful employees. Greg handled my order from start to finish and even helped me put the sticker on my bass drum! Thank you Dataflow!
