I used Datafed to obtain my medical records and had a wonderful experience. They were very responsive and attentive to my order. They were able to get me my records back to me very quickly and everything I had requested was provided. I would definitely recommend Datafied and would use them again for any record retrieval needs.

Was just on a Call with a Yolanda with datafied who was very rude and obnoxious. She was very loud and impatient with me while speaking and hung up while I was speaking. She definitely not not represent this company well. I hope all calls are recorded on her side so the call may be reviewed. She treated me like I was unable to comprehend her English, when in reality she was frustrated speaking very fast, unable to comprehend anything said.

Horrible company! One person will call to get your fax number and business address and after you give it to them, a new person calls a week later to ask to the same, then another person calls in a couple to weeks for the same, and on and on. I never get the request for records and I am sure the company wanting the records want them sooner than 2-3 months. Mind you, they have my email address and my company has a website so it is not hard to find my address or fax. I have tried to reach a manager but they tell me no one is av... read more
