They seriously botched my first order, more than a year ago. I gave them another chance, but they thoroughly screwed up the second order, this week.Deck Keyboards lists them as one of two American resellers shipping to Canada, but Datacal does not, apparently, understand the procedures and customer notifications of its own courier, UPS.Rude, ham-fisted conduct of business at every level. Whoever labelled the package cannot even spell "street"!
