I can not comment on their actual service because I was never able to get them. I called and said I had several business computers (Im a minister at a church, so theyre church computers) that needed to be looked at (one blue screen and one data transfer). The on-site repair guy was never around (and apparently does all his own scheduling), so I left message after message. I would call on a Friday, say I needed it by Tuesday, say things like anytime on Monday or Tuesday is fine; you can even just call and leave a message sayi... read more
