I can't believe this company is trusted to deliver delayed or lost luggage from airports. There was absolutely no communication between me and the company. My luggage was over 20 hours late, so I was screwed. It would have been easier for me to waste tons more money to go back to the airport to pick up my luggage instead of trusting them to deliver in a timely manner. Everything about this company is just awful.
