DO NOT USE REGUS! They did not offer any reasonable way out for covid-19 related challenges. They 'have no policy' for helping people out in these unprecedented times. These are cold-heartless business people, following only what their corporate overlords tell them to do, and will strive to take your money regardless of your situation.

Horrible place to lease office space! They are nonresponsive, deny every thing and refuse to do anything to create a fair and reasonable interaction....they will take away all of their agreed upon services and refuse to remedy, compensate or let you leave your "agreement ' eventhough they continue to breach the agreement! They are also discriminatory and sexist in their dealings.....some things are offered to some but not others. I'm stuck till 2022 .....they'll probably go bankrupt before then due to gross mismanagement.

Would give 0 stars but that's not an option! Parking is atrocious, making the use of the office inconvenient to use. Plus we negotiated with our sales rep and were made promises and sold a bill of goods that the Regus corporation won't honor. Don't do any type of lease with them because you'll be stuck and there is no customer service. Standard/scripted responses to everything, and they don't care as long as they've got you on the hook and are getting your money. NOT WORTH IT, NEVER AGAIN!

The staff has perfected the fine art of plausible deniability!! So unless you have a lawyer review every contract, expect to pay 10-15% more in fine print!
