My mother dropped off her lawnmower and I picked it up with her after it was serviced. We paid for various services, including a blade sharpening, throttle cable replacement, and an oil change. The throttle cable was not replaced, the blade was duller than before (which leads me to believe it was replaced with a bad part), and the oil was black and granular. Based off of other reviews, and my own experience, I believe that this establishment is discriminately scamming women.
A bit of a challenge to find at first as entrance is in the rear but have a very congenial staff. I went because it was recommended as a place to get my garden tools sharpened. Will see how good the service is when I pick them up.
