A First class transportation company! I spoke with Ryan who organised the delivery of our car from Sydney to the Gold Coast. Communication was excellent. Ryan kept us informed every step of the way. We could only highly recommend Ryan at DAT Autogroup for seamless delivery of your motorvehicle. Ryan had our car stored at no extra cost in a super secure location until he was able to organise the best form of transportation for our car. I purchased a vehicle from this dealer, and they arranged the towing through their chosen transport company. Not only was my car severely damaged during transport, but it was also delivered to the wrong address. The transport cost me AUD $1,300, yet the service was completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact them about the issue, I was met with hostility and threats, and they have refused to take any responsibility. Terrible experience, avoid at all costs This company was booked by a dealership to deliver my newly purchased car. The car sustained damage to the roof on transport. Despite this, they have essentially ignored my complaint and insinuated that the damage was either caused at the dealership or by me. The marks on the roof have the same red paint of their trailers. Bloke on the phone reckons they used a blue trailer to transport the car but won’t provide any evidence/surveillance footage to prove it. No blue trailers in any of ... read more
