This is our first time visiting this brewery and the whole atmosphere is so zen, peaceful and beautiful. We make a reservation for the pop-up Omakase lunch and we were late due to the traffic from NYC, so we called the brewery telling them that we would be late and they were so nice to accommodate us even we were an hour late.
