DO NOT USE THEM!!! All they do is LIE!!! Incredibly unprofessional. Would not even contact us back to let us know they all of a sudden did not want to take our case. Told us they were going to take care of us and made us sign a bunch of paperwork for NOTHING. If anything it is probably a scam. They now have all of our information and we have not even a call back in return.
This is a warning to anyone who has been in a car accident and is looking to hire a lawyer. Whatever you do, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT HIRE the Despite Law Firm. If I could give zero stars I would, this law firm doesn’t even deserve one. I am beyond frustrated, emotionally drained, and dealing with ongoing pain from my accident, which also left me without a car due to a total loss. Terrible law firm with terrible ethics. I started a case for a personal injury claim . This firm had me change lawyers multiple times without my knowledge. They have me speaking with multiple different paralegals who just happen to just start this new position and have no knowledge about my case. Weeks on I made around 30 phone calls, left messages with the front office, and have not been been able to get a response or update on my case.
