Horrible firm! Poor communication and completely incompetent. After a year, they still do not have a clear plan of action and ignore phone calls because of it. They do not care about their clients at all. I have NEVER seen anything like it. I am in the process of withdrawing my case. I do not recommend. This law firms is very unprofessional they never return calls emails, I been dealing with them for a year now , I did all the leg work in getting my medical records , but yet there getting 44% on my accident claim, tried to fire them last year so they stop answering my calls an emails , since I been with them I been through three attorneys, no ever there to answer calls are speak to for updates , I literally have to call myself to find out anything about this case an then they don’t answer.
