Worst experience ever. From the moment we signed the contract things got progressively worse. As we were working through the design layout any changes we wanted took 2 weeks to get the rendition. It took so long we had to find a new contractor because it pushed the project out by months. After speaking with the sales person she finally told us they were training a new cad designer and that's why there were delays. We were hired to redo tile work their other installers messed up in Columbus and they never paid us anything. After 6 projects we stopped working for them and the supervisor we worked with no longer works for the company, I have know Jeff the owner for years and he is the one that called me asking for help. The disappointing part is that their customer has referred us to their friends and said the tile guys (Elite Flooring & Tile) are the only trade they recommend from their remodel. The pro: Alan's design of the kitchen beat our expectations. The DASO install team is nothing but true professionals and do great work. The con: They play games with pricing items, Christina was a nightmare to work with. She is all over the place on her quotes. Just some examples..While we were planning out the kitchen they wanted to charge us $1k more to swap 2 identical sized cabinets. Working with Daso Custom Cabinetry was a great experience. Our kitchen went from builder grade to high end with the help of Daso's design team, Cristina and Tara. The installation schedule was always set around our schedule and the installers, electricians, and site manager were always responsive and professional.
