I confirmed by email that I would be picking up 4 headgate panels. I also confirmed their business hours because I was driving a long distance. They are supposed to be open until 5. I arrived at 4:20 and was told that they had already sent everyone home so I couldn't pick up the product. Extremely unprofessional business. Said I could come back Monday but they fail to understand that I am a long distance away and have very few days that I can take off to make the drive. Horrible company behavior.
They are such a great company, been dealing with them since 2006.
