Took my Malibu there and had them redo my whole System. It took 3 days and they called when ran into problems or questions. Everything works great and haven't heard anything this loud out on the lake.

I'm not sure what everyone else's problem is but The Dashworks and there crew have always bent over backwards to take good care of me and my family. As a small business owner I can appreciate there ability to survive in the portage area despite all the internet shopping that eventually will run good business' out of business. Had a remote start system installed, when I picked up my car half the lights on the radio display and climate control panel were out (I know they were all working before I dropped the car off). When I told them about it they said that they don't touch those systems, so they basically call me a liar and they had to have been that way when I dropped the car off.
I recently moved to Kalamazoo with my wife and kids (Kalamazoo Promise, anyone?), and decided to check this place out. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with Dashworks' operation. I used to work with car audio during college, so I bought my own speaker system online, but decided to have a professional install, since having kids takes up most of my time for projects like this.
