Shocking! My partner has been sending econsults for months and keeps getting fobbed off never seeing an actual Dr always a nurse or paramedic and has requesteda Dr. Are they aware of mens mental health month?? Today, was the first time I've visited the practice for a while. The whole experience was excellent. After submitting the long winded (or thorough depending on your view,) Anima, I received a call from the surgery offering me an appointment later that day. I was seen on time, and after assessment and examination, I was referred for an x-ray and physiotherapy. I have been trying to get an appointment at dashwood house for over 5 weeks. Phone always busy line or get in a queue of ten only for the phone to get cut off when I get to 2 in the queue. Today I queued up outside the surgery for 20 minutes at 8am only to be told by a very abrupt receptionist at the door that this surgery has 'No Doctors on site' so why even stay as a operating surgery?The reason for no doctors here?
