I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Dashwood Windows & Doors. What was supposed to be a straightforward order turned into a frustrating and costly mistake due to their lack of attention to detail and poor quality control. The front entry door that was delivered was completely different from what I had ordered. Great customer service.
The worst windows. My builder chose to use Dashwood to install these windows. It has been a fun couple of winters wiping them off a couple times a day. Watching ice form on every window. I DO NOT recommend.
Ew! Dashwood Industries is an absolute nightmare to deal with! Their products are made with the cheapest materials imaginable, and their customer service is beyond useless. My window literally burst due to a simple temperature change—something that should NEVER happen with a quality product. And instead of taking responsibility, they made up ridiculous excuses and refused to honor their own warranty (which, by the way, was less than a year old!).
