Went to the store on a Tuesday for a sale item. They were out and was told we could get a rain check. Then the manager came up and said no rain checks for the front page. If you look on the front page doesn't say anything about no rain checks. The manager was rude said it's always been like that. Well I never had to ask for one before so I am just supposed to know? I don't typically write reviews, but really felt like I needed to. Staff in the prepared foods area are not trained in customer service or FOOD SAFETY. Service has always been slow at the prepared foods counter, no on ever seems to know what's going on, ready orders don't get handed out even with the people waiting, etc. I thought I could risk a quick prepared panini on my was home tonight. Went there for the Fish dinners, everything was cooked well, fish was haddock,the dinner came with French fries or potato salad, macaroni salad,a slice of lemon, the best coleslaw I tasted in a long time, slice of rye bread & butter!! It was the best fish dinner and the fish was cooked excellent and worth the price!!!
