The food I had delivered today, Order 36, was charged the full amount. I was told an automatic refund was to go on this order because my PREVIOUS ORDER was not delivered to my apartment, but to the lobby of my building where anyone could pick it up. Decent range of products. Products are priced higher than big box stores especially fresh produce. Only general store on Doordash that allows for in-store pickup if you are not looking for delivery or it is on your way.

Took over an hour to get my order delivered and I live 7 minutes away! They jack up the standard retail prices of all their items. And they charge a service fee on top of the delivery fee.
