There are some support staff members always busy in their own gossips and that lead to wait for pickup 20mins always this happens
I would like to report an issue that occurred on July 5, 2025, around 12:04 PM at one of the DashMart locations I frequently pick up from as a Dasher. Upon arrival, I showed my assigned order to the staff member on duty, as I had already received a notification in the app that the order was ready.
