Understaffed. Long wait time. Employees are overwhelmed. This is all management fault! While 2 employees running like crazy collecting items, management sitting home picking their nose. You MUST provide employees with necessary tool to succeed, this is YOUR JOB!!!! Hire more people!!!!! You are multibillion $ company! The manager has to go!!!!
I've never had a problem here. I go in, get my order, sometimes there's a wait but then I get my stuff and go. I understand they get busy. It doesn't matter if your picking up for yourself or someone else, if you feel like you can do better, I'm sure they are hiring. thank you dashmart!
Long waits at the window (if picking up), inaccurate order fulfillment, melted/thawed frozen items, and rude staff keep me away from this sad establishment.
They are an extremely busy store. They get the orders done quickly and the staff is very polite. The review regarding the loud music and not hearing the bell is so inaccurate. The reason we have to wait is not because they can't hear the bell, it's because they are working hard and not standing at the window the whole time. Also most of the time the reason there is any wait time is that the dashers show up 10 minutes before the system says they are supposed to be arriving. Playing loud music inside like a party going inside, they even not able to hear the bell from customers, lol, usually wait for orders 15 minutes
